Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use StyleMyna. To buy a plan or credits, you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (usually 18+). You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

• Free: 5 one-time starter credits. They don't refresh monthly. Free clips carry a small StyleMyna watermark.
• Pro ($25/month): 20 credits each month. Max ($100/month): 100 credits each month. Unused paid credits roll over while your plan is active.
• Top-ups: extra credits are $1.50 each, sold in packs of 10 (from $15). Top-up credits never expire and stay yours even if a plan ends.
• A credit is spent when a try-on clip is saved to your account. Failed try-ons cost nothing. Credits are not refunded when you delete a clip.
• Upgrades to a bigger plan take effect immediately with a prorated charge and prorated extra credits. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• When a subscription ends, your plan benefits stop at the end of the paid period, unused plan credits expire then, and purchased top-up credits remain usable.

Credits have no cash value, are for your own use, and can't be transferred or resold. Prices may change; we'll give you notice before a renewal at a new price.

You own the clips you record and the products, images and profile details you add. You give us a limited license to store, process and display them within the service — for example, rendering try-ons, saving your clips, and showing them back to you — and to back up and secure that data. We don't use your clips to market StyleMyna without your permission.

You're responsible for having the rights to the garments and other content you upload or import. Don't upload content you don't have permission to use.

StyleMyna renders garments on you with AI in real time. Results are generated and may not perfectly match the real garment's fit, color or detail. Don't rely on a try-on as a fitting or product-accuracy guarantee.

When you post AI try-on clips, follow the platform rules where you share them — including labeling AI-generated content where required — and any disclosure rules that apply to sponsored or affiliate content.

You agree not to:

• Use StyleMyna on anyone other than yourself without their consent.
• Create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or overload the service, or circumvent credit limits and payment.
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property or other rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we do, we'll tell you why when we reasonably can.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks from your Plans & Credits page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. One-time credit purchases are final once the credits are granted. If a payment fails, we may pause the plan until it's fixed.

StyleMyna is in beta and evolving. We may add, change or remove features, and we may interrupt service for maintenance. We aim to keep the service running well but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost revenue or followers.

You can stop using StyleMyna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use StyleMyna after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
